Slow with internet repair service
<p> My internet was down and through MWEB they logged a call with Telkom saying it would take 7-10 days, 10 Days passed and they closed the call without my notice and i had to relog the call. Then again 7-10 working days. Took telkom 2 weeks to fix a problem that was a 5 min fix!! now a week has passed and having the SAME problem again!!</p> <p>As someone who works in IT I rely on internet and a stable connection. Seems like telkom doesnt know how to keep thair networks up and running and they take weeks to come and sort out a problem!!</p>
Okay so now it has been the so called 7-10 working days for the 3rd time now. I decided to phone telkom and now they tell me oh wait we arleady assigned a technition to your call a week agao ???
The person on the line said hold on let me check with my manager and after 30min on hold the phone was ****ed . The service telkom provides is utter ****!!
I am waiting for telkom to give me a call and explain what is going on!!
