Slow Upgrades and no communication - second complaint

<p>I requested an upgrade on my ADSL line in November. They then found a fault with cables and were going to fix it. I've tried calling and asking but no one can tell me when it will be fixed. I'm still waiting for the upgrade and my internet is slower than ever now. I can't even open simple websites. No one is communicating with me and this is the second complain I've put on Hello Peter about the same issue. It's ridiculous, how long does it take to fix some cables and upgrade a line? It shouldn't be that difficult and why is no one able to communicate with you. Why am I constantly chasing you up? </p>
