Slow turnover time to fix fault

I took out Wifi - Openserve under Telkom, my Wifi has not been working since last week Friday, when I called on Saturday they said it takes up to 72 hours to get fixed after threatening me about a fee I could be potentially liable for if the fault is on my side. They dispatched someone on Monday and found out the fault is on their side in the area, they said the problem would be fixed within 24 hours. Its Thursday today and I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed, tomorrow it will be a full week without internet. I am having to incur expenses, for something that is paid for, I followed up yesterday. The agent said she escalated the matter and the below is the reference. I am unhappy with the service and need this to be fixed asap.
