Slow to No network

I signed up for two wifi Data contract with Telkom this month on the 8th January. While the network signal is brilliant during the day on the weekdays, I it is terrible and starts to slow down in the afternoon and late evenings. On Weekends it is even worst. Today, I can't even doing a thing on the internet. It is so slow or not working. The network is terrible. Please help
