Slow Telkom ADSL connection

I have a Telkom 10Mbs ADSL connection. my kids use it for Zoom classes. The speed i am currently getting is horrible, 1 Mbs and lower. Kids missing out on school work. i have logged a call, speed increased for a day and then back to the usual. there is no Fiber or 5G coverage and forced to use Telkom. need help resolving this.
