SLOW TELKOM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Telkom suspended my cellphone account 3 days after collecting my monthly installment via debit order. Accounts says that they can see my monthly debit, but it does not show on their system yet, and that it will take a full 7 business days to show on their side. HOW is this my problem??? When this contract is done, I'm done as well.
