Slow telkom

I relocated to a different area in Amanzimtoti middle of last month... I called Telkom to have my line and internet moved and told them the date to cut it off and to wait a week before re installation as I was going away.

I come back from my vacation and call Telkom to find out when they can come and install the line. .. I was told it would take 14 business days. This was from the 26th of March when the line was cut. I was also told this in a very rude manner.

I then called daily to find out and was told different excuses each day... It was with back office and this and that and the other. On Friday the 13th I was told that it was done and installation will happen on Monday. Yesterday afternoon I call again and I was told that the line is fine and installation will happen soon I am so fed up!!! Every day is a new excuse and it will happen soon. I depend on my internet for my work and Forex trading and it has been impossible to do either!!! It cannot take so long... It has NEVER taken this long. Im a bit of a nomad and I've moved around the line s were always installed quickly and without such a wait.
