Slow sync speed is back! Not again!!

Telkom has set my sync speed back down to 2.5Mbps after fixing my issue in early Jan.<br> I was getting 3.6Mbps and above until late Dec, and ever since then Telkom has been setting my sync speed to 2.5Mbps when I pay for 4Mbps. This is UNACCEPTABLE!<br> After my previous complaints, it was set to sync at 4Mbps, and it was fine. No issues for 2 weeks. I was getting 3.6Mbps which was FINE!<br> But now it's back to 2.5Mbps this week!!!!<br> If this carries on I will have to cancel my SmartHome account and look for an alternative where I can get 4Mbps.<br> 1440crk221215<br> 368CRK241215<br> SM181247
