Slow Speeds, Terrible Service, Misleading Product spec

<p>I've been on Telkom LTE since November 2015 and always had a good experience. In June I migrated to their Uncapped LTE deal and had my antennae installed. My speeds were stable on 40Mbps. In July suddenly my speed dropped and am now struggling to get even 5Mbps during peak hours. I do not download (so have not hit my FUP). I only stream netflix and can barely do this. </p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a case on the 4th July (ref ********** 7 ) which misteriously got closed. Accept this as notice that if my speed issue is not closed, I will definately take this to the obudsman and also CPA as this is not the service I signed up for.</p>
