SLOW SPEEDS LTE SmartBroadband Wireless 50GB Deal

I am making use of the SmartBroadband Wireless 50GB Deal with an LTE router for the past year, without any problems (residing at one address). This past 3 weeks, I almost got crazy due to the slow speeds i receive when connecting to the internet. The speed i receive is on average about 0.8mb/s, which is not close to the amount promised when i took the contract.

The LTE coverage in my area is supposed to be very good. I phoned several times the call centre, and they assisted me with doing tests. I even put the sim card in another device, to see if it is not the router that is the problem, and the speed is still slow. The call centre said i should take the router to the nearest branch, which is Vaal Mall, but they couldn’t assist me. Firstly the system was offline, (several times) and there is no technicians that can assist.

I truly feel like cancelling the contract because i don't get what i pay for. Paying each month R759.00 for this poor service is ridiculous!!!!
