<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Still having slow download speed from the 16th of December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got a new refference number on the 27th and nobody have contacted me up to date about this ongoing problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Refference No: AI ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>This is really not good customer service.
