SLOW SERVICE ON EVERYTHING

All I wanted from Telkom is to pay the contract finish I have done that and looking for a Paid up letter I am given the run around can someone please give me the damn PAID UP LETTER. IS IT THAT HARD TO GENERATE A PAGE WRITEN THAT I AM DONE PAYING THE DAMN CONTRACT AS I NEED THAT LETTER TO PROVIDE TO THE BANK FOR A BOND. WHY IS TELKOM SO BEHIND WITH EVERYTHING? why can't you give the customers paid up letters before updating the bureau because we all know that the bureau process takes long?
