Slow Service

<p>I did an online application for a contract cellphone on the 18th Sep 2016 and an email confirmation was sent with ***, and was informed that someone would be in contact with me shortly to finalize the application. 10 days later I am yet to be contacted by that particular person in order for me to hear whether my application was successful or not. This is, from the beginning, showing me that their service is not as they promise on their "ads" or rather if this is what "good" customer service to them then I am highly disappointed as I am now left with the question, "When are they going to contact me exactly", as they do not give any time-frames meaning they dont want fingers pointed at them when they do not deliver.</p>
