Slow response and feedback

I logged a fault with Telkom on problems with my line on Saturday 10th of October 2015. I was told that this will take 48 hours before I get feedback on the fault status. Today is 13 October 2015 (96 hours later) and after 3 calls since Saturday I still have no feedback or a solution to the fault from Telkom, yet I still pay my account in full, on time and more at the end of the month. I would so much like it if this can be resolved asap.<br> <br>
