Slow resolution times to ADSL synch Issues 73CWK160616

I have had a very stable line for the past year and a bit at 2048/512 sync speeds, with no issues or drop outs which caused significant disruption.

I even ran my line at 8096/512 for a while - but I didnt see the need anymore and downgraded back to 2048/512.

Then Telkom's so-called "upgrades" happened in my area.

On 2016-05-06 a notice was posted up NN ********** Link - Migration of DSL and Voice Services to the latest Multi Service Access Nodes.

This made a me a little happy, as it meant I could possibly get VDSL or even Fibre..and a stable line ?

Not the case - my line has been giving issues since I logged fault 73CWK160616, this fault has been "in progress" and communication from Telkom social Media (twitter) state that my line is fine !

Line sync has been jumping between less than 1mb and sometimes 1mb.

This is unacceptable, and as a paying customer - I expect the following:

Remove me form your ASSIA Pool and stabilize my line at 2048/512 AS IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN or I WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL.
