Slow progress and poor service

Our telkom lines were run down by a truck on Friday and this caused a huge disruption to the voice lines and internet connection in most of the houses around here sharing the pole that was affected. We have been without wifi signal and poor network coverage for 4 days straight and this is very inconvenient for all of us. We called telkom and lodged the fault with them but still no technicians have been dispatched and most agents claim to not be able to trace the progress of the fault which is highly unprofessional and an inconvenience . They show no sense of urgency at all and the service is horrible. They need to do better.
