SLOW, PATHETIC SERVICE

Telkom must be the worst ever!! I've enquired about an uncapped wifi package to be installed at my home, it got approved and I got all sorts of confirmation emails. First, I waited forever to have someone call me about the product, then finally they called and then it went all quiet. To date I've heard nothing and am waiting to hear when installation is taking place. I've completed many call back requests to follow-up on my order but still nothing. This is sales for you, why am I the one to be requesting call backs for a service that will bring you money in the bag?
