Slow network for a month now with no help!

Case number: ********** 5 My wifi has been down or slow for about a month now, everytime i contact them i get told someone will contact me or my complaint has been escalated! Same response everytime! I am getting debited R799 a month for nothing! This is affecting my household & business & telkom just dont give a dam!
