Slow LTE Telkom is Throttling my service at Night

Less than impressed with Telkom as I know your throtteling my speed at night in the Mornings I get over 20mb/s but at night just over 1mb/s on my LTE can you explain this and if you cant your more than welcome to collect your hardware and cancel my contract because that's unacceptable. First 2 tests on the image are last night and this morning see the difference and the 3rd is the night before look how slow you throttle it at night not acceptable. I even restart the router multiple times when this happens clear everything in my browser run tests on multiple devices example phones and get same ******* speeds Im an IT manager by profession so please dont try fool me its not hardware related its Telkom related I want answers why you throtteling me at night so badly that I cannot even function its unacceptable and if you cannot fix this you can cancel my contract and come fetch your hardware. Also run multiple DNS Flush and IP renew ect and still same terrible speed.
