Slow LTE for months with no assistance from Telkom

<p>I am getting zero feedback regarding a call logged on the 2nd April . ***8 . Michelle Adams and Samantha Abrahams not getting back to me on the status of the call . After posting on Social medai ( facebook and twitter ) they keep promising to call me and no one is calling me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am getting less than 1mbps download speeds on my LTE for months now . When will this issue be resolved. I cannot work like this. Its not the device. the device works in other areas. I am paying for this device and internet but I am unable to use it. You are *****ing me money because you are providing no service!!! Speeds more useless than the customer service , at this point the speeds actually seem to be more promising than this pathetic excuse of after sales service. I will send you a record of all communication with no feedback. Facebook and twitter posts . Now you want to charge me R800 penalty fee for canceling my contract? But I am not using your useless service . I am just paying you anyway. So thanks for wanting even more money from me. Let me guess , probably waisting me time here as well. Because you will reply with a empty promise to call me that will never happen. </p>
