Slow lte connection

I just got this 20gig day and 20gig night telkom lte contract about 2 weeks ago. I dont know if anyone else has the same problem but the connection speed is very poor. And the area i stay in has lte coverage as i made sure on the website before i took the router.<br> <br> Can someone just tell me why this is happening. They say that this lte router's speed is supposed to be around 21mbps. <br> <br> Is it the lte network that has problems?? <br> <br> Thanks
