Slow LTE connection

Logged a query 21/05/2015 and to date not fixed - many mails and calls but seems that no one is interested to assist - the 2 to 72 turn around hours is actually working hours so don't be bluffed by 3 days as it is actually close to 2 weeks. And be assured that they also overstep the 2 weeks. Everyone complains and say Telkom is horrible and my opinion is that nothing is wrong with Telkom BUT surely the people in the business as they are the brains who need to drive the business SO Telkom guys don't feel offended but take this as a challenge to up-skill your attitude towards client services and the job done. Where is the pride in what we doing?????
