Slow Lte and High latency/ping

<p>I am very unhappy with the lte service the last 2 months. This will be the second time that I complain about this. The previous time 2 weeks ago telkom said they will call me and still up to now I have not received any call or feedback regarding the matter. My ping is 200 ms or more and my download speed 1mbps. This is really unacceptable </p>
