Slow line speed

<p>So I relocate and get Telkom to connect the fiber (which I installed) at the new location. Internet and telephone works, but line speed test show I am getting 1 mbps instead of the 10 or 20 I pay for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Call telkom - go through the wrist-slashing agony of their call centre. At last get someone I can talk to. She ssures me that it is because it is a new line and that it will be upgraded in 24 hours to my contractual speed. I make 100% sure that I would not have to call again.</p> <p> </p> <p>30 hours later = speedtest show nothing has changed. Can't say I am surprised - but it is still uncceptable.</p>
