Slow internet than what promised or signed for

I was promised a fast internet when I took the contract but it's very slow, it downloads a 20 min soap for an hour,I can't just watch because it buffer. I have called them for months now, still no help. Last week I was told a technician will come because when we did the speed test was 10 instead of 25 which is ridiculously slow. Instead of a technician I received a sms saying my problem has been resolved and should reply yes if not and I did that only to get the same sms that it has been resolved and closed but no one called or came to fix it. It has been just few months but I'm sick of it because they don't even care. I just want to cancel and get another service provider. I haven't even received my extra router and I've calling they just apologies but no action. It's the worst ever with fibre
