Slow internet speeds on Telkom network between 18.00 and 21.00

I have an ADSL service in the Bluff Durban. It is generally OK but for this past week between 18.00 to 21.00 this service has come to a near standstill. We are getting speeds of 0.03 mbps and surfing alone is a issue. Please Telkom. Sort out these issues. There are some of us forced to use you and some us want to use you. Please sort this out
