Slow Internet Speeds on HUAWEI LTE (CPE B593) WIRELESS ROUTER ( 20GB Capped)

<p>Good Day.</p> <p>For the last 2 months I have been experiencing really slow and bad internet speeds with Telkom Mobile Lte.</p> <p>We have phoned support about 6 times already with no real answer or solution as to why I am getting such slow speeds.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the first year we had the router the Internet was awesome and fast and download speeds were sky high between 16mb - 20mb second dl speed.</p> <p>Now It's so bad to a point where I cant even search something on google or open emails.</p> <p>How I managed to get on hallo peter to write this complaint is an accomplishment already.</p> <p> </p> <p>The weird part is that the signal strength on the router is almost full.</p> <p>Also when I run a speedtest, my ping averages between 25 - 30 which is normal I suppose.</p> <p>Download Speeds averages between 1mb - 3.65mb which is bad considering we are suppose to get 16 - 20 mb per second download speed.</p> <p>Currently Paying - R699 PM for this service - F word.......
