Slow internet speeds again

<p>I posted a complaint with Telkom less than a month ago about the slow speed I am getting. I pay for a 10Mbps line and am still getting less than 3Mbps. The complaint I made last month was not followed up on and Telkom decided to stop responding even though I kept telling them my internet is still slow. Now my internet speed is currently 2.71Mbps which is probably higher than it actually is because I can barely load any webpages. This service is disgusting. Two complaints in a month and the last complaint was not even fully fixed. There were messages from Telkom claiming I had no response but Telkom were the ones who did not respond.</p>
