Slow internet speeds.

I have a telkom land line that I use for internet. My dsl line rental and data bundel is with afrihost. It is a 40mbps line. My internet speeds used to be 39 mbps upload en 9 mbps upload. The last two weeks I am not even managing 20mbps download and 0.5 mbps upload. Telkom dit send out a technician to my premises and said he picked up that the line is faulty. He said he will fix it. Got a SMS that the problem has been resolved. It was not. I logged the problem with telkom again. Got another message that the problem has been resolved. Now I have logged the problem for a 3rd time and have heard nothing back. Phoned telkom and the just dropped the call. This is unacceptable. Please telkom. I need this resolved.
