Slow internet speed Cullinan

<p>For the past two month the Cullinan area has been experiencing very slow internet speeds of between 0.23mbps and 0.46 mbps between the hours of 5pm and 12am ish on all 4mbps lines. On weekends it will start earlier and last all night. Most of the people work feom home, we are unable to log on to vpn's to get work done. We can not stream netflix or even use facebook. This is not an isp problem, most of the guys are all on different isp's. It seems the exchange can not handle a little traffic, for the size of cullinan we dont have alot of people and we certainly dont have alot with adsl accounts. Please solve this problem or we will stand together and demand back our money that we have been paying for zero service</p>
