Slow Internet Speed and No turn around time to resolve

So ive been experiencing slow internet speeds for more than 2 weeks now and i have contact telkom to resolve this........after speaking to numerous agents no one can confirm a turn around time to have this resolved but I am expected to pay my full package amount at the end of the month. All that is said is we have stressed the importance to the technician and you will receive a sms. This is really pathetic.
