Slow Internet Noise Line

<p>Our Line has been off and on for past 3 weeks. Internet so slow that you cannot open wep pages, not taking about down load speeds they do not exist at all. When you do a speed test the line pings at over 420. it should not be higher then 60 they tell me. when one phone Telkom they just tell you that there tecnical staff it working on it. how long do they want to repair line. </p>
