Slow internet connectivity

We have a 2mbps line.

For the past few months, the max download speed we are getting is 0.37mbps.

I am not sure if this is a deliberate tactic to get consumers to convert to fibre. I trust that the fibre will do the trick.

In my view, I am not paying a half subscription and thus the contractual agreement is in breach with our agreed terms.
