Slow Internet

I had slow Internet speeds in May (4mbps line getting 1mbps if I am lucky).<br> After two call outs Telkom finally admitted that the exchange was congested.<br> The speed improved after a couple of months. But since yesterday it seems like we back to square one.<br> <br> Congested Exchange = Lots of DSL customers.<br> Lots of DSL Customers = Lots of money (as Telkom DSL line rental isn't that cheap) <br> So why can't Telkom upgrade their infrastructure?<br> <br> I am tired of logging faults, resetting ports and paying for a service that works a few months a year.<br> <br> Please please please Telkom don't be like other parastatals and become a parasite.<br> <br> UPGRADE !!!
