Slow ELT and Unresolved dispute

<p>I am not happy with how Telkom works, its ELT network is very slow, its goes on roaming every now and then. I cannot even do my work online as i am a dailyt online trander and afternoon game streamer, i had to relay on other networks for broadband yet still pay for the Telkom ELT data contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took this contact I was advised that i wont be double debited and they wont charge reconnection fee, however I was doube debited. I called in and Logged a dispute on 28/07/2016 (Ref# ********** 8) with Kamohelo Rumo who advised to call back on within 72hrs, till this very day I havent got any response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very angry with Telkoms poor services and dont wish to renew my contract.</p>
