slow download speeds

i'm not sure what it is but the download speeds are extremely slow in this area of fourways compared to what i used to get when i was still in centurion pretoria, i'm in lonehill just off robert bruce road and i have the huawei LTE wifi router with Telkom the speeds are so slow,loading a simple page takes forever. can someone help improve the network coverage around here otherwise this lte is useless i might as well cancel the contract.
