slow data

i posted last week and got a reference number via hello peter and they asked me for my landline number. i could not repost as it was blocked. my landline no is ***. my cell number is ***. i have extremely slow internet. i have reported this yesterday ref 9CTK060116. when i eventually got through to someone they said that sales had restricted my adsl as i had used 161 gigs of data and that was too high (i have uncapped adsl) they said i must contact them. i did this and their phone just rings. <br> i have gotten rid of dstv as it is pathetic and i now watch programmes on line, hence the uncapped adsl. <br> i need someone to call me and understand my utter frustration at the lack of communication with this problem. and i want the speeds i pay for every mont to be there. i can understand a glitch etc but not at the rate that im experiencing these delays.<br> very frustrated. neil
