Slow and unreliable

<p>I work for a company in the Cape Town area and we are desperately trying to move to our existing laboratory in Stellenbosch. I have been trying since the 14th of June to request additional services. We even have two reference numbers because the first one was closed! Our second reference number is AI ********** . Each time we call 0 ********** 32 we get told that the commercial team is working on it. Each time we are told that the agent we are speaking to will email commercial to escalate the request. Telkoms says that they are fast and reliable... NO they are not. </p>
