Slow and *********** service

<p>Last month I cancelled my cellphone contract specifically stating that I want to retain my number and transfer to prepaid. I have the documents to prove it. Anyway some 3 weeks ago they CANCELLED my number completely!! 3 weeks down I have no feedback we keep calling, messaging we always get the same response; the the complaint is being address and they will get back to me... I went inatore twice and still no joy! I have waited 3 weeks and I am tired! I need my number I cannot do business or banking without it! I find it unacceptable that a huge company like telkom cannot do a simple thing like port a number from contract to prepaid!?!?!? unfortunately my experiences with telkom have been going from bad to worse. ..last year it took one year to refund my money.. I'm not holding my breath this time...</p>
