Slow and bad service

I came to a telkom shop and had to wait 15 mins before i got assisted with an app query which was not resolved also by the way

Had to buy data from the shop again still waited another 30 minutes just to buy data.There customer service is as bad as their contracts i now remember why I stopped using telkom things because of bad services.
