Slow, an understatement. Broken promises
<p>Signed up for Telkom Witeless Broadband, promised blistering speeds of 20mb/s and more. If only. Even 6mb/s would have been nice. Every evening the speed drops to 2mb/s. This evening I have blistering speeds of 0.65mb/s. AND YET.... You ******* are still charging me for a service which is intermittent and frustrating. My router has a consistant 3 bars of 4G signal, so its not like I am not fetting signal, there simply just isnt bandwidth!!!!! This surely is a breach of contract? Crazy. Crazy crazy. </p>
I still havent heard from anybody at Telkom Mobile. I am still having issues with the internet speed kn your 4G network, less than 1mb/s. Can I Urgently get some feedback or at least have a technician come out to test your own infrastructure?
