Slow ADSL - still not contacted by technician after a week after logging a call

<p>Called Telkom on 20th to complain about slow ADSL.</p> <p>Called again later in week and still no call from technician</p> <p>Called again and technician only assigned yesterday (25th)</p> <p>I had to call to get service and no technicial has called me</p> <p>I had twice asked that this be treated as urgent</p>
