Slow ADSL speeds

<p>So sick and tired of my ridiculously slow speeds on my internet line. </p> <p> </p> <p>I get charged ludicrous amounts but my download speeds are around 30kbps when they should be 400kbps.</p> <p> </p> <p>This happens every month and then Telkom sends someone out to fix the problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>How many times is this problem going to persist? </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom still have the audacity to charge me the full price even though I get a tenth of the speed. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is beyond ridiculous and has been going on for months now. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
