Slow Adsl Download Speeds

I have a 4mb line and for the past 11 months I've been encountering slow download speeds leaving me sometimes without internet sometimes. My phone line is crackling like hell and the call center consultant attitudes suck ass. My dogs has become fami**** with all the technicians whom frequently visit my place with always the same results. "Everything is shorted" 2 minutes after they leave they problem is back. The sales consultant in the shop is not helpful at all when I requested an integrated sim to at least have internet for the time that I dont have internet. That consultant being Selwyn Jacobs, not to mention that Im on hold for over an hour everyday with the call center when bad attitude Ashanda just cut the call. I'm tired of this and i want Telkom to let me out of this contract. Next stop talk radio. My advice to anyone thinking of adsl or fibre, DO NOT GO WITH TELKOM

I'm sorry but how can you say that you made some changes to my line profile when I'm still sitting with the same ****. I just called your call center again and this time the billing depart for not doing their work and while explaining to the lady what my problem is she shuts my ass down. I'm sorry but please just come and remove the line from my house I had enough of you idiots to still want to continue a relationship and anyone else that think that its worthwhile or thinking of going with Telkom will have me shut them down from joining. My social media mission from this point further is to let the world know how Telkom ***** people over. The ombudsman will be receiving a complaint next from me on this Telkom matter.
