Slow ADSL Decay

<p>A few months ago I was paying for a 4mb/s line with the data hadled by another ISP and the fastest speed I got was 2.1 mb/s. I downgraded my line to a 2 mb/s line after having quite the number of technician visits.</p> <p>For a while it was working fine, until about the 15th of October when my line was adjusted by Assai to a speed of 1mb/s. After many emails and a phonecall or two. still nothing, no answer. I am now downgrading my line again to a 1mb/s line. if it slows down even more I'll have to cancel my data and line.</p> <p>Telkom ****ing their own business and others.</p>
