slow adsl and bad service

<p>My adsl is so slow . my download speed is well below 1mbps. after 4 complaints over two weeks nothing has changed . i still get billed +- R700 pm but no solution.. this is not what i pay for. i cannot recommend this bunch to anyone .so sad telkom has gone to the dogs.</p>
