Slow ADSL
My house is 640 meters away from the Telkom exchange yet I consistantly only get a speed of 1.8Mbps on my 4Mbps ADSL line. I have reported this time and again to Telkom, the technician has been to my house and told me that it's my service provider so I switched service providers twice now but still the speed never rises above 1.8Mbps! <br> Why am I bothering to pay for a 4Mbps line when a 2Mbps line is about all I can attain? <br> Please will someone from Telkom contact me as this is not acceptable.<br>
