Slow 2mb Line
I have a 2mb Telkom line and never had any problems with it, but these days I'm struggling with high ping and slow Internet. I phoned Telkom about this and they told me it's due to traffic on the line. So... Am I paying for traffic or a 2mb line? I want them to fix this and replace my line with 4mb ASAP. Thanks
