Sloppy Fiber

Telkom Fiber has been off for like 3 days had some power outage or something. They dont notify their Users or Atleast try and Resolve the issues as fast as possible its will be 3 days then they have a nerve to say we should wait for Technican which takes up to 48 to 72 hours. Wonder will they deduct the days they were not servicing us. They really a Sloppy Fiber provider.
