Slindile Mapumulo, an amazing treasure

My son and I needed prepaid internet for R150 for the laptop which he normally buys but I thought I would get. To cut long story short I ended up with cell phone vouchers instead. I stressed and panicked as I didn't want to upset my son, so I called Telkom. I then met on the phone with a lady with the most beautiful voice. This young lady was so incredibly patient as I tried to explain what I did wrong. She promptly phoned me back on my cell from her landline. She then had to get hold of my son for his ID etc, and phoned while I was on the other line. Not being able to get hold of him, she promised she would keep trying to get hold of him and come back to me. Next thing my phone rings and it is Slindile. Who after numerous attempts, not giving up, had at last got hold of my son. She then promptly reversed the prepaid vouchers to internet data bundles for me. Her beautiful voice, calm, kindness, patience, her promise to phone back which she did speedily as well as her time and effort and eagerness to assist I have never come across before and will never ever forget!
